Since start of business, Quality has been priority and Quantity has been secondary in business philosophy of Al-Barkat. We have been blessed with fruits of taking care of value of money of our customers. CEO has developed such system over years that any department cannot bye-pass quality procedures. Before Weaving, Yarns are tested for composition, fiber quality and counts. Before Finishing, fabric is tested for composition, density, weight GSM, Fabric quality, Weaving faults meter to meter. Before Cutting and CMT, Finished fabrics are tested for Pilling, Color Fastness, Color matching, Bowing, cracking, weight GSM and any other required standards depending on product’s end use. All these tests are conducted in lab of international recognition PTTF (Pakistan Textile Testing Foundation). The results of this lab have never been challenged even customer of Licensed textiles.

We have well trained production and QC team who make sure to implement and report continuously on daily basis to CEO, the measures taken for continuous supply of Quality goods to Al-Barkat customers. We feel pleasure that most members of our team have been with us for more than 10-15 years as they are well-paid so that they could focus honestly on their jobs.
Once the quality control team completes its job then QA people mamange the final inspections and nothing can be stuffed in the container until QA people approve the shipment.
A Well equipped quality control lab is always busy to get the ultimate best results by keeping consistent focus of every aspect of quality.
Quality Assurance
In addition to our exemplary internal Quality control, we do not keep ourselves irrelevant from internationally implemented standards supported with certain certificates such as ISO, OEKOTEX-100, REACH and others. Not only our company but our allied manufacturing partners (which do contract manufacturing for us) have all the modern certificates of compliance, needed by certain customers.
