Our vast experience of 2 generations in the production of Textiles, has given us command on all stages of manufacturing from Yarn to finished products. Thanks to a variety of our satisfied valued customers in almost every region of the globe, who made us own and make grip on manufacturing cycle to cater quality Textile products. We work with our customers like their partners, ensuring timely deliveries, saving their time and money. We can prove with data of our exports that we are among top few percent manufactures who supply Quality products within promised time.


YARNS

To cope up with needs of our weaving department, we procure best Quality selected yarns. We take care of not only fiber quality of yarn but also we do not compromise on composition and yarn counts. Unlike our competitors, we are not taking advantage of so called tolerance margins of yarn counts, like making 32/33/34/1 yarns instead of 30 and 44/45 Single instead of 40. Our strict quality measures speak in shape of our quality fabrics and final products and perfect GSM weight and fabric feel and look.






WEAVING

With the impressive production capacity to fulfill timely needs of our all customers, our weaving machines are ready to face all the challenges of the textile industry. Our weaving facilities include Sulzer Shuttle less looms, Auto looms plain and Auto looms Jacquard. We regularly supply T200, T300 and higher thread Textiles made on Airjet looms which we manage on contract weaving.

PROCESSING & FINISHING

Processing equipment include latest Rotary Printing machines, Continuous Dyeing ranges Thermosol and Pad Steam, continuous open widthBleaching ranges with Sannforizing, Mercerizing, Raising machines. State of the art Printing and Dyeing is done in Pigment, Reactive & VAT dyes, with regular and special finishes like crease free, stain release, water repellent, fire retardant and anti-bacterial finishes.





STITCHING

Customers are invited to visit (personally or their representatives in Pakistan) our most modern confectioning/stitching factory. Our stitching and packaging (CMT) unit has been graded by our valued customers, as one of the most modern, clean and state-of-the-art! We keep always updated machines. Now we have 2018 model brand new machines of Juki and Pegasus Kansai.

EMBROIDERY

For our regular customers since 2007, we have Embroidery machines on contract basis (almost engaged by us all the year around). We are regularly manufacturing minimum 20000 units per month of Bed Wear and Bath woven set (Shower Curtain, WC Cover, WC pond cover and Toilet paper cover) with Laces and Embroidery!
